Super Moist Banana Bread

Super Moist Banana Bread

  • 1 and one-half cups of granulated sugar
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 2 eggs

Mix well, then add

  • one-half tsp salt
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups of flour

Fold in 1 cup of mashed bananas

Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted comes clean. Cool in baking pan for 10 minutes and then remove from pan. Makes one loaf. Fat free or low fat sour cream can be used. It will make the bread more moist and may take a little longer to bake.
