Hi everyone – I have been stitching for about 20 years. My favorite is counted cross stitch, but I have started learning Hardanger and am going to try and dabble in Canvaswork. I usually have two projects going at the same time. A large one and a mobile one. The large project I am currently working on is 450x300 stitches and 160 colors and is called Fall Splendour. I have been working on this project for about a year and it is about half way finished. For my mobile project, I am doing one of the freebie fractal book marks from Cross Stitch Collectibles. I look forward interacting with you all.

Fractal! Ack! You'll have to show that one off when you're finished. We have yet to see a completed fractal in person at Nordic – it's almost like the unicorn of cross stitch around here, hehe.
Oh, and welcome to the forum! Thanks for joining us!

I have also finished Fractal #7 which I purchased from Nordic Needle about 2 years ago. I stitched it on 18 count Aida and it took me about 1 1/2 years to complete. One of these days, I will take a picture next to it and send it to you guys for the interactive newsletter. I made this for my son who picked it out of your catalog. I hope to get it framed for him soon. He get wait to hang it in his bedroom
