Hi! My name is Judy and I'm new to this. My question is: how do I attach a photo of my work? I saw the two photos on the Monday newsletter and wanted to upload a photo of a piece of my own needlework. I can't find the usual "browse…attach" buttons, just a request for an Url. If anyone can help with this, thanks!

Hi Judy!

Right now the only way to attach your image is if it is hosted on a separate server.  There are lots of free storage services (flickr.com, photobucket.com) where you can upload your images and then you can link to them from this forum and insert them in your posts.

I hope that helps, and welcome to the forums!

hello everyone, i have just joined today –so i'm a bit nervous as well as excited.

i live in adelaide, a beautiful city in australia. it called the city of gardens and churches.

i have been doing needlework all my life and came across a piece of hardanger in an exhibition. i then joined a stitchers club here and never looked back. i am just addicted to hardanger and bargello. but unfortunately i don't come across many bargello books. hope to hear from everyone. take care. greetings from down under.

Welcome, Gunni!

I love Bargello too – have you seen Vaughnie's Visions Hardanger & Bargello patterns?  They are gorgeous.  I started making a table set for my mother with her patterns (I've only gotten one placemat done so far, haha).

Australia!  Must be beautiful!  Mary Ann in customer service has a daughter-in-law who is from Australia – it sounds like such a great place.

Anyway, thanks for joining – it's great to have you with us!
