MAGIC PICKLE DIP
- 1 8-ounce package of cream cheese, softened
- 1 16-ounce contained of sour cream
- 1 quart dill pickles, drained, finely chopped
- 1 small onion finely chopped (Megan used 1.5 teaspoons onion powder and 2 teaspoons onion flakes instead of a fresh onion)
- Pepper to taste
Mix well and let chill for at least two hours. Serve with crackers or chips.
For those of you who love those wrapped pickles, you can also add finely chopped dried beef or ham to this recipe and skip all the wrapping!!
