Lemon Angel Food Dessert
Grease 9×13 baking pan with butter.
Break the cake into pieces.
Combine sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice in a bowl. Whip the cream and fold into milk mixture.
Put one half of the cake pieces into the pan, and add half the mixture. Put the other half of the cake over that, add remainder of mixture. Sprinkle coconut over the top and grate lemon rind to finish your creation. Enjoy! Keep in refrigerator.
