Apple Pork Chop Bake

  • 1 can apple pie filling
  • 6 thick boneless pork chops
  • 1 package Shake and Bake for pork

Dump can of pie filling in a 9" x 12" cake pan

Coat the pork chops in the Shake and Bake mix and place them on top of the pie filling.

Bake at 350° for one hour. For an additional 15 minutes, raise temperature to 450 degrees.

Yummy with baked potatoes. (and we had asparagus with it – great!)
