Mix butter and sugar, add eggs and dry ingredients to make a stiff dough. Pat in bottom of 9" x 13" greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 20 minutes. Remove and immediately cover with two and one-half cups miniature marshmallows. Place back in oven for two minutes until marshmallows are puffy. Remove from oven and set on rack to cool.
Melt 10 oz. milk chocolate chips (one and one-half cups), with one cup creamy peanut butter. Add one and one-half cups Rice Krispies cereal and stir well. Spread evenly over top of marshmallows . Cool and ENJOY.
