Grandma Ag’s own Buttermilk Pancakes
Break 2 eggs in one cup buttermilk and one cup half & half (milk/cream)
Mix on low speed just to blend eggs with liquid.
In separate bowl combine
mix together with fork and begin adding this dry mixture to the liquid, mixing until the batter is nice and smooth. Bake on griddle or fry pan until nicely browned on both sides and serve with your choice of syrup or whipping cream and berries. They are really light and fluffy and so delicious.
