Fruit Pizza

FRUIT PIZZA

Use a large cookie sheet with edges.

CRUST:

  • one-half cup powdered sugar
  • three-fourths cup butter
  • one and one-half cup flour

Mix and press into pan and bake at 350 degrees for 13 minutes.  Cool.

FILLING:

  • 8 oz. cream cheese softened
  • one tsp. vanilla
  • one-half cup white sugar
  • mix and spread on cooled crust

Arrange fresh fruit of your choice next.  Use slices of strawberries, bananas, apples, grapes, kiwi, pineapple, blueberries, etc.

GLAZE:

  • one cup sugar
  • three-fourths cup water
  • one cup orange juice
  • one-fourth cup lemon juice
  • 3 Tablespoons cornstarch

Boil for one minute and cool to room temperature before pouring over fruit.  Refrigerate.
