Chicken and Wild Rice Bake

Put one box of Uncle Ben’s (1 cup) "Wild Rice and Long Stem Rice" and the spices in a 9" x 13" buttered cake pan. Spread evenly.

Heat the following together and pour over rice:

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can water

Place chicken pieces over this soup mixture, using both white and dark meat or whatever you desire. I use the frozen boneless, skinless chicken pieces for a quick meal.

Sprinkle the top of the chicken with one package of dry onion soup mix.

Cover with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours.
