Turtle Pretzels

Buy a bag of Holiday Pretzels, the small round ones

Buy a bag of Rolo candies. These are chocolate with caramel in the center.

Cover a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and lay out 48 (or whatever fits), pretzel circles. Unwrap the Rolo candies and put one inside each pretzel. Sometimes the top fits better pointing down.

Heat the oven to 275 degrees and bake them for 3 minutes. Take them out and immediately press down a half pecan or whole cashew onto the soft chocolate. Put the cookie sheet in the refrigerator for about a half hour or until they get firm. YUMMY.

If you are unable to find a bag of Rolo candies, you can buy the little bite size Snickers or Kisses or perhaps other chocolate/caramel candies with the same results.
