Summertime Berry Cups
Pour the pudding mixture into a bowl with two cups of milk (I used 1% milk)
Whisk for about one minute. Add the cinnamon and almond flavoring and whisk again. Add the Cool Whip and whisk together until well mixed. Refrigerate until thickened and ready to serve, but you can use it right away. Do not fill crusts (read above about the crusts) until you are ready to serve. Add fresh fruit as a topping. I love it with peach chunks, raspberries, blueberries, or strawberries. For added excitement, drizzle with chocolate!
