Ham and Pasta Casserole

Boil 6 cups water and add 2 cups pasta of your choice. I like to use bow tie or medium shells or even linguini. Cook until pasta is tender. Drain water and set aside.

  • Cube two cups of ham
  • Chop one-fourth cup of red onion
  • Mix pasta with ham and onion and add:
  • One can Cream of Chicken soup
  • One cup cream or half and half
  • One cup shredded Colby Jack or Cheddar cheese
  • One teaspoon pepper

Pour into a casserole bowl sprayed with Pam and spread evenly

Top with one-half cup or more shredded cheese and one cup crushed potato chips

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes

It’s delicious with peas or corn and bread or corn bread.
