Fruity Coleslaw

  • one-fourth cup orange juice
  • one-fourth cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • one-half teaspoon celery seed
  • 8 ounces coleslaw mix (about four cups)
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, cored and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup red seedless grapes, halved

In a large bowl, whisk together the orange juice, yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, sugar and celery seed. Add the coleslaw mix, apple, celery, and grapes, then toss gently to coat. Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days. Serves 6.
