Chicken Pasta Casserole

I’m always looking for something new to make for meals. About a month ago I put these ingredients together and it turned out deliciously well. It’s in the "comfort food" category with a little kick!

Chicken Pasta Casserole

  • 1 pound chicken breast boiled and cut into chunks
  • 1 15 oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 11 oz. can Campbell’s Tomato Bisque soup
  • 1 10 oz. can Ro-Tel diced tomatoes and green chilies
  • 2 cups Rotini pasta – boil until soft and drain off water
  • 1 cup water

Mix above ingredients together and add one cup shredded mixed cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
Bake in casserole dish for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
